Acridinium Derivatives for chemiluminescence

We have designed and synthesized a variety of acridinium derivatives,
including amine-derivatized, carboxyl-derivatized and NHS ester derivatized
acridinium.  The following are the chemical structures of some of the
acridinium derivatives, which are suitable for highly sensitive
chemiluminescent assays.
