NA-Select Reagent for DNA Isolation from Highly Diluted and Complex Samples
The NA-Select reagent binds with nucleic acid rapidly (<20 minutes) and efficiently. The binding
capacity is approximately 20µg fragmented DNA per 1 mg of reagent. At least 6 logs reduction in
plasmid DNA concentration can be achieved when 10^8 plasmid copies/mL are present. Less than 10
plasmid copies/mL could be recovered and detected. For more information, please contact us.
